I have introduced this and other ideas on how to be able to buy a Porsche several times in the past on this blog and live-streaming, but I would like to reiterate what I have been thinking about recently.
Introduction: The Road to Buying a Porsche
Getting a Porsche is probably one of the dreams of many car enthusiasts.
However, the road is not always smooth. Even relatively affordable new Porsche models such as the Boxster, Cayman, and Macan often cost more than 10 million yen when options are included. So how can this dream become a reality?
Based on my many years of fascination with Porsches and my experience as an actual owner, I believe that there are three important factors that are necessary to get a Porsche. Of course, there are many more factors than these three, but I have chosen the three that I believe are the most important.
These are not mere financial advice, but rather are related to one's attitude and way of life. In this article, I would like to elaborate on these three tips.
1. not to be jealous: the first step to success
The first secret to getting a Porsche is,Do not be jealous. It is. At first glance, this may seem unrelated to the purchase of a car. However, this attitude is extremely important on the road to success.
Every human being may envy others to some extent. However,Those who genuinely feel "good for them" when they see a Porsche owner or a successful person, and those who feel envy, will have a very different outlook on the rest of their lives.
The person who can look at people who are more successful than he or she is, who live in mansions, who drive luxury cars, and who can look at them positively and say, "I want to be like that, too," without being envious,Reserve for SuccessThis is a common trait among Porsche owners. This is a common trait among Porsche owners.
Feelings of envy are tantamount to an act of distancing oneself from a successful groupThe same is true for the people around you. As the saying goes, "like befriends like," the appearance of successful people around you suggests that you are a reserve army of such people. It would be a shame to miss out on that opportunity because of envy.
Therefore, when you see someone else's success, it is important not to be jealous, but to think, "Good for them! and wish to be like them. This is the first step to success.
2. focus on increasing income rather than saving
The second secret to getting a Porsche is,Focus on increasing income, not saving. That is. Many people, when they want to get something expensive, think first of saving money. However, I believe that this seems like a shortcut but is actually a detour.
The drive to save money is also a sign of psychological resignation that one cannot make any more money. If they believe they can increase their income, they would consider ways to increase their income rather than saving. Of course, saving money is important, but it is secondary. We should focus all of our efforts on increasing our income first.
Many salaried workers may have given up, saying that their salaries will not increase no matter how hard they work. Certainly, if they continue to do the same job, they cannot expect a significant increase in income. However, we need to change our way of thinking here.
It is not simply about increasing overtime hours,Achieve overwhelming results.Let's focus on the following. It is also important to make sure that you present your results to your supervisor and management. Instead of selling your time at a discount, approach your work as if the company is buying your results.
If they still don't appreciate it, they should consider changing jobs, taking a second job, or even starting their own business.
There are plenty of companies out there. Finding an environment that values you fairly is an important step toward increasing your income.
In short, to get a Porsche,It is important to actively seek ways to increase income and take action, rather than simply saving moneyIt is.
3. what you want from the bottom of your heart
The third secret is seemingly simple but extremely important. It is,To want a Porsche from the bottom of your heart. The first is.
Many people say, "I want a Porsche." However, the intensity of the desire is quite different between those who really get a Porsche and those who do not.It is necessary to have a strong desire that comes from the bottom of one's heart, not just a "I wish I had that" level of desire. It is.
People who really want a Porsche will not give up no matter what obstacles they face. Family opposition, parking problems, financial constraints... they make every effort to overcome these problems. Sometimes, there are people who give up because of trivial problems such as "My wife is against it..." or "It won't fit in the parking lot...".
From my point of view,If you give up at that level, you don't really want it,I can only assume that this is the case.
It is not enough to simply "feel strongly" about this level of desire. It is a spontaneous feeling, a desire so strong that it compels us to take some action.
If you are not aIf you don't feel that much desire, then maybe you don't really want a Porsche. In that case, there is no need to force yourself to want it. Because finding what you truly want is also an important task in life.
Conclusion: Becoming a Porsche Owner
Three secrets to getting a Porsche,Don't be envious, focus on increasing your income, and desire it from the bottom of your heart."These are not just car-buying techniques, but also important guidelines for success in life. These are not just car-buying techniques, but also important guidelines that will lead you to success in life.
By practicing these secrets, you will not only get a Porsche, but you will lead a more fulfilling life. These traits, common to many of the Porsche owners around me, are also the source of their success.
Finally, I would like to emphasize that these secrets cannot be learned overnight.
It is important to be aware of this in our daily lives and put it into practice little by little. By doing so, the image of yourself behind the steering wheel of a Porsche will one day become a reality.

I always enjoy looking at your site. Thank you very much.
I agree with you. If you really want it + buy it! I think.
I remember when I bought a 996 late GT3 about 20 years ago, after my wife tricked me into thinking it was a good idea.
I just started my own business and I think my salary was 300,000 or so at the time. Still, you can do a personal car loan.
I was surprised that I could get a loan with so little credit.
It also put pressure on me to work insanely hard at my job. I also have good memories of being insanely angry with my wife.
I'm always looking. Hello, Mr!
It's really "If you really want it + buy it!" I know, right?
If you buy it, you can do something about it. No, people try to do something about it.
I always wish that people who want a car would act more boldly, since cars are highly cashable and can just be sold if the need arises.
That is exactly right.
I am a truck mechanic and I bought a 991.1 Carrera 3 years ago!
When I was young, I worked part-time jobs to make a fortune, and in my mid-twenties, I started to work as a stockbroker,
I have been able to earn more than my annual income from virtual currency and stocks!
Whatever you like to do, you have to move to get started!
Hello, Naohiko Morishita!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience!
As you say, everything starts with taking action.
I hope this experience will reach those who are planning to buy from us!
I enjoy reading your articles every time I visit your site. I agree with you that the content of this issue is exactly the same! I am always impressed.
I am 45 years old now, but I started my own business 20 years ago when I was 25. I was in my early 20s when the new Mercedes-Benz SL (R230 model) was announced, and I was so fascinated by it that I decided that my goal in life was to buy a new SL at Yanase by the time I was 30, even a 350! I decided to do so. However, I decided that I would not be able to achieve this goal if I did not do so, so I decided to start my own business.
At the time, people around me thought I was just a young guy talking about impossible goals, and of course I had no savings.
Fortunately, I was fortunate to have the right people around me, and I paid it off in a year and took delivery of the SL55AM Performance Package two or three years later at about age 28.
This article reminded me that at that time, I wanted a car so badly that I was making all kinds of efforts every day to imagine myself driving a new SL car.
I also remembered at the same time that the used BMW 318is (E36), which I bought with a full loan and forced myself to buy, was also a good car with MT, which I switched to when I took delivery of the SL. w
Currently, I like my early 991 Carrera 4S (left manual transmission) and have owned it all my life.
I once traveled to Germany alone because I wanted to drive on the autobahn, but Porsche rental cars were too expensive for me at the time, so I had no choice but to arrange a cheap rental car. I would not have been overtaken if I had a Porsche! I have a good memory of heading for the Porsche Museum with my tongue lolling out.
My apologies for going off topic!
I also believe that if it is something you really want from the bottom of your heart, you will act on it. I thought that if you think of excuses to yourself as to why you do not act, it is not something you really want.
I always enjoy looking at your site.
