I see that Friday's Master was cancelled due to that heavy rain.
The combination of high power (500-700 hp) and Cup2 tires, which are difficult to handle in the wet, plus the amount of rainfall, almost eliminated visibility on the main course due to the spray from the cars in front.
The rainfall on the 22nd was heavy and wet in the morning, but it cleared up in the afternoon and the conditions were dry. I don't want to spoil the event because I don't want to spoil the excitement (lol), but in the precision class program, you can definitely get more out of your driving skills in the wet.
In the dry, we can cheat with the tire grip, but in the wet, the behavior of the car is very straightforward, so it is very easy to understand that it is safe to go this far. In the heavy wet race in the morning, I was also able to recognize once again the high limit of the Porsche.
However, it is hard to take pictures when it rains, and it is also hard to take care of your children. Please pray that the November Kansai PTE will be fine.
