What makes the Ashiu Driveway so appealing? - Go to the Sunday morning Ashiu gathering.

(iii) Lax gatherings
The other day, my mother-in-law told me that she had heard that "Are you going because there is a gathering in Ashiu today?I was asked.
No, we don't have gatherings or meetings, we just go."
I replied, "Oh yeah, what a funny thing to say.
Of course, some of them may have gathered together with the intention of meeting, but most of them are "just getting together".We just get together, have a nice chat, go for a short run around Ashiu, and then it's time to go home.I think it's like "I'm not sure what to do". The last time we were there, we arrived at the observatory at 8:30 a.m. After 10:00 a.m., everyone started popping back, so we were on our way home by 11:00 a.m. too.
There are also many cases where people say, "I was planning to go but it rained, so I won't go," or "It's sunny today, so I'll go for a while.
I think this loose feeling is good. I like the "loose" feeling.I signed up, now I have to attend! It's not a "no," it's a "who can go when," and as long as it's not bad weather, there's always someone there if you go.
I think such casual accessibility is one of the charms of Ashiu.
4. If you get along well with them, they will let you ride in the passenger seat.
I went to Ashiu, and after meeting and talking with them a few times, I got to know them well.Would you like to ride in the passenger seat?I sometimes receive invitations to participate in the "FIA" program. So far, I have driven cars such as Ferrari California, Ferrari 488 Spider, McLaren 600LT, McLaren 720S, Abarth 595, 718 Boxster GTS, and 911 GT3.
Of course, we need to have a certain amount of manners as we are being given a ride in a precious beloved car, and we are only asking the other party to "take a ride" for us.What do you think? We will only take you up on your offer if you say, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
And what a day it was!I would like to test drive a roadster in Ashiu. When I wrote, "I'm a Roadster owner," a warm-hearted blog reader who owns a Roadster said, "You are welcome to ride it.
I will write a follow-up article on my impressions of the roadster test drive.
Other: Beware of sunburn
This is not the charm of the Ashiu Driveway...The Ashiu Driveway in summer can be extremely baking.I've only ever been there in the spring or fall, when the weather is nicer, but I was at the observatory for a couple of hours the other day and got pretty burnt!(I shouldn't have put sunscreen on my arms.)
Not pictured. The décolleté line is also bright red.It turned out to be, and of course my face was damaged. I have freckled skin from the start, so I had made my own efforts to improve my skin, but all that went down the drain in an instant...
I have to start working hard again from here. Sorry, I'm totally complaining (-_-)
These are the charms of Ashiyu Driveway as I see it at this point in time. However, I have not visited Ashiyu Driveway enough times to be able to talk about it, and I am still a beginner, so I am sure that there are many more attractions of Ashiyu that I do not know about.
Speaking of which, now that I can finally drive the Boxster GTS (MT) a little more decently, and can take the kids in the car and head out with the Boxster and GT3, I'm looking forward to a little challenge in the near future.

good morning
To begin with, the roads are fun there, too.
Motorcycle traffic is regulated on Sundays, so it is safe.
It is not crowded until early morning around 11:00 a.m. because there are still few cars for sightseeing passing through to Arima.
To begin with, it is a relatively expensive toll road, so traffic volume is low.
The above makes it a great place to drive as a driveway.
And because of that, we attract a lot of real car enthusiasts who are here for the purpose of driving (important laugh here).
Cafes in the highway PAs, Kobe Settlement, and Midosuji area in Osaka are full of supercars that are fashion icons, or that look like bikers with noisy mufflers, or that maintain high RPM in first or second gear on the street, or that have strange aftermarket aero systems, etc. Many supercars have lost their original quality and elegance.
There are often people who like to show off their riding skills, or who have a massive appetite for self-expression.
So, when we get together, we can't talk on the WWW.
In that sense, many of Ashiari's regulars like to drive and really like cars, so they can have a good time talking about cars regardless of the type of car or age, and everyone is very accepting.
That's the image of WWW.

That's great!
What an accurate observation...!

It really is! People who want to show off their car customization don't come to this event, so it's a great opportunity for pure car lovers to get together, drive on the roads of Ashiu, and talk about cars.
I think it is really nice.
Please let me introduce you again in my next comment sharing article (smile).
Thank you for your continued support!
Thank you very much.
Is it worth sharing lol?
Come to think of it, since when, who? is that somehow? I'm not sure if it's
There are some local rules or features of Ashiu.
Do not open the valve on your muffler or blink when climbing from the toll booth to the observation deck, and climb slowly so as not to disturb neighbors.
(Reason: Because it will be reported and the police will come to the observatory immediately)
Because of the above, runners and Porsche riders who want to run hard are not running on the observation deck, but on the Arimaguchi side beyond the tunnel, gathering there.
When leaving after 10 or 11 p.m., watch out for speeding rats in front of the Okuike police station.
Be aware that there are many domestic runners in the direction of Arimaguchi after 23:00 at night.
If you are going to Arima after 23:00, you must go downhill with the hazard on the way down. (Running and rules. (For easy identification)
The runners are competing for time on the climb from the Arima exit to the escarpment before the first tunnel (where the vending machines are located).
Therefore, the rule is to go slowly on the way down, and to push only on the way up.
The main time is Sunday, 8-11 a.m., but those who don't like the crowds and mainly want to run actually come earlier, around 6:00 a.m., and leave by 8:00 a.m.
Those who go up every week are advised to buy a coupon ticket at the toll booth.
The men at the toll booths and the maintenance men at Ashiu are car enthusiasts, and there are actually people who drive domestic sports cars as well as classic cars and supersports.
There are many local rules like that on the WWW.

That's great!
I knew about the speeding enforcement in front of Okuike Park and that they don't waver until the observation deck, but I didn't know much else...
Oh no, this is amazing!
Thank you!
My husband also commented the other day about the charms of the Ashiu Driveway, which you commented on.
He laughed and said, "Yes, yes, that's exactly right! That's so accurate!" I was delighted.
My husband said he would like to write an article describing the Ashiu Driveway in detail.
I would be happy to quote your comments on that occasion ^^^!
Thank you for your cooperation.
Thank you very much for your time✋.
Actually, I saw you the other day in Ashiari.
August 4 or 11.
You were driving a GTS.
Ashiyu became famous about 10 years ago when an Alpina driver (former 964 driver) and I called out to our Porsche friends in Minkara.
There were some regulars who had been coming before that time, but not this many.
As the number of people who ran on the straight in front of Okuike began to increase, I started to hide the name of "Ashiu" in my blog. It became too famous.
The reason we call Ashiu "Oyama" is a remnant from that time.
I hope we can keep having gatherings at this fun place.

Oh yes, you were! Yes, I was on the GTS.

So it was!!!!
I had wondered if it had always been this way. I was reminded that everything has a history....
As the place becomes more famous, I'm sure there will be many problems...
It made me think.
As you say, even if Ashiu becomes even more famous, it will still be
I hope that Ashiyuri will be a place where we can have fun gatherings with car lovers who are moderate and gentlemen.
We hope to see you again in Ashiu.
Thank you for your continued support.
