Porsche Panamera, not running that much, but the mileage has exceeded 18700 km in 1 year and 4 months.

Mileage of Panamera
The Panamera came to our home inOctober 2017of the year. It's only been a year and four months since then, butThe Panamera has already traveled over 18,700 km.
The 970 Panamera Edition that used to be in our house was calledDelivered 1.5 years ago, mileage 13,000kmThe Panamera Turbo is quite fast-paced in comparison to the Panamera Turbo this time around, since it was switched at the time of the "I'm sorry, I'm sorry".
Moreover, my husband almost never uses the Panamera for commuting these days, and we have a Boxster GTS, a 911 (924C2), and a VW Golf 7 in our house in addition to the Panamera, so he is by no means driving the Panamera every day.
So why 18,000 km...(*_*)?
The other day I told my husband, "I can't believe you've already done 18,000km... but you haven't driven that much at all!I asked.
I see. I don't use my Panamera for commuting these days.... Even when I pick up the kids from kindergarten, it's not more than 5 km round trip, right? So I wonder why I drive more than 1,000km a month...it's a mystery to me.
And. However, I don't think the meter is broken by any means, so I decided to wash out a bit of how much I had driven.
Panamera Drive
First, I decided to write down as much as I can recall about the medium and long distance drives. I may have forgotten some of them, but here is what I know at this point.
Approximate round trip distance calculated by Googlemap
Hakone Turnpike - Fuji Speedway - around Mt.
(2) Home of brother's family in Nara Prefecture (3 times): 110 km x 3
(3) Haga, Hyogo Prefecture: 260 km
Wakayama City: 180 km
5) Kansai International Airport (2 times): 120 km x 2
6) Tondabayashi (2 times): 120 km x 2
(7) Tsukigase, Nara - Nara Nuru: 250 km
8) Nakabayashi Industry in Tondabayashi (3 times): 120 km x 3
Hakone Turnpike - Nishi-Izu Driveway - Fuji Speedway: 1000 km
⑩Toyota City: 250 km
(11) Nagoya: 200 km
⑫Nanko - Shin-Moji - Amakusa - Aso - Shin-Moji (2 times): 700 km x 2
Nachikatsuura - Shirahama: 500 km
⑭Awaji Island (2 times): 200 km x 2
⑬Return to parents' home (5 times): 100 km x 5
(15) Return trips to husband's parents' home (5 times): 180 km x 5
Total: 8010 km
8010km...(-_-)
Only 8,010 km...then where in the world did the remaining 10,000 km go!
Let's calculate daily use.
(1) Husband's commute
First, let me talk about my husband's commute. The distance from home to work is about 50 km round trip, and for a while after the Panamera was delivered, my husband commuted by Panamera every day. He probably commuted about 15 times in the first month, and maybe 3 times a month after that, but he does not commute during long vacations such as GW, Obon, and New Year's vacations, so if we subtract those from the number of times he commutes to work, we can say that he commutes about 3 times a month. My husband has commuted to work about 50 times now in his Panamera. This will be the case.
So, at this point, my husband's mileage on his commute is 2,500 km.
(2) My work in Osaka
I, on the other hand, travel back and forth to Osaka for work probably twice a month. So I guess that makes about 30 times so far. The round trip distance is about 50 km, the same as my husband's commute, so that makes it 1,500 km.
3) Shopping to Kobe
I think I have been to Kobe and Sannomiya in the Panamera about 15 times so far, for what it's worth.I went to Kobe Daimaru, went to Anpanman Museum, went to umie...This distance is about 30 km round trip, so this is 450 km.
4) Pick up from nursery schools and kindergartens
As for picking up my eldest daughter from kindergarten, it is about 3km round trip, but then we often go to the supermarket to buy groceries and go home, so let's say 5km... I pick her up from school about 20 times a month. Assuming that I go by Panamera about 15 times, and excluding the summer, winter, and spring vacation periods... I would say about 180 times so far.
Including additional pick-ups from my second daughter's preschool, the total distance covered by the car would be about 1,000 km for picking up and dropping off my daughters.
5) Holiday shopping in the neighborhood
Two or three times a month, the family goes shopping, drives, and does other things in the neighborhood on weekends. At 50 km round trip each time, that is 150 km, or 2,400 km in one year and four months.
Adding these items (1) to (5) together, the total distance is 7,850 km.
That is, 15,860 km when combined with the medium- and long-distance drives.
Still short of 3,000 km to go... (*_*)
Well, but if it is 3,000 km, I may have forgotten to put it in on a long drive, or I may use it more in my daily life, and I would calculate that it will soon exceed about 18,000 km.
andWhen we go out, we almost never use trains or buses. So, I found that the distance has increased quite a bit with the accumulation of daily use.
I want to keep it under 30,000 km.
My husband is a
I was hoping to keep the mileage down to 30,000km in case I need to buy a new Panamera, but at this rate, I don't think I can...
He said. Yeah, it's definitely not possible (explosion).
It would be nice if I could drive the Boxster (MT) on a regular basis, well, not impossible, but... it's quite a hurdle, and the air-cooled one is used by my husband for commuting a lot these days, and the Golf is parked a bit far from home.I tend to use Panamera more often than not.
From here on out, I'll try to use golf more in my daily use...but I guess it's too late now.

My Cayenne has run about 24,000 km in one year since it was delivered.
I don't even use it for commuting...
Does PORSCHE unintentionally over ride and over extend itself lol.
Banki Hajime's acid
>My Cayenne has run about 24,000 km in one year since it was delivered.
Wow! 24,000 km in one year...! I didn't mean to say that I was using it for commuting.
You are running like crazy!
Certainly, Porsche is a car that makes you want to drive it (laughs).
Mina.
My car is about the same at this pace, 2000 miles = 3200 km in 3 months. I haven't been able to drive it at all due to bad weather, so I'm guessing it will be even longer in the summer. The daily total is not ridiculous.
I see that you have a 30000 km guideline for a replacement. Here, 3 years and 30000 miles (48000 km) would be on the very short side, and I hear that a Panamera would probably get 50-551 TP2T for the purchase price.
I'm also curious about resale value and timing, and about Porsche's lease plans! I forced myself to talk about the topic.
Mr. SN.
Oooh, 2000 miles = 3200 km in 3 months, and if I can keep up this pace with all the snow I haven't been able to ride, I'm sure I'll be riding quite a bit in the summer ^^^.
And the U.S. is a big place...
I was reminded once again that the daily accumulation of mileage increases the mileage considerably this time, more so than a long distance trip.
>3 years and 30000 miles (48000 km) makes it a fairly short one, and I hear that a Panamera would probably get 50-551 TP2T for the purchase price.
Wow! I knew that the situation in Japan is totally different from that in the U.S.!
I am very curious about the difference between the two.
>I'm also curious about resale value and timing, and about Porsche lease plans! And I forced myself to wander the topic.
Thank you! LOL!
But I'm sure this is an area that you readers would be very interested in, so I'll do some research and ask my husband!
I guess the type of car makes all the difference.
