    I think that is a targeted assessment. It is truly 'lumpy'. It's like that lump is getting harder and harder as you go up the mode.
    If the accelerator pedal is depressed more than 2/3, the car accelerates while sliding on the rear wheels from there. The torque is too much for the driver to handle.
    It's like turning an axle in a giggle. Actually, I have not yet tried the race mode in earnest. I'm too scared to do it.
    But it can be used as a family car if you drive it with care.
