I calculated the annual maintenance cost of a Porsche Panamera to be between 622,900 yen and 1,042,900 yen.

The high speed stability of the Panamera is amazing.
Yesterday, I went out with my family of four in the Panamera to run some errands. On the way home after finishing our errand at night, we encountered heavy rain on the Chugoku Expressway. The Chugoku Expressway at night is dark because there are few electric lights, and in addition, when it rains heavily, there are puddles on the road surface.Normally, this would result in a significant loss of high-speed stability, but there was no difference from driving on a sunny day. It's a great car.
Because it is an amazing car, my goal to buy a Panamera on my own is still ongoing, but how much does it really cost to maintain a Panamera on an annual basis? It is good that I bought a Panamera by myself, but it is meaningless if I cannot maintain it, so I calculated it, though roughly.
Roughly annual maintenance costs
The annual maintenance cost varies greatly depending on who rides quite a bit on a daily basis and who rides only occasionally, and on the price of parking, but I did a rough calculation...
(1) Gasoline
Monthly: 5,000 yen(Who doesn't run much)〜20,000 yen(Who runs about 1,000 miles a month)
The Panamera's fuel tank has a capacity of 75 liters; a full tank of high-octane gasoline with only one memory of gasoline remaining will cost approximately ³,000. As for fuel consumption, 10 km/l will never be exceeded when driving in town. Since the fuel consumption is approximately 7 to 8 km/l, the distance that can be driven is about 500 km by simple calculation even if the tank is filled up once.
(2) Parking fee
Monthly: 10,000 yen(Cheaper in our neighborhood)〜30,000 yen(This is about right for an urban area.)
Since the width of the Panamera is over 1900 mm, it is often difficult to fit it in a standing or apartment parking lot. If possible, a parking lot with more space per car in the countryside is preferable, but if you live in the city, you may have a hard time finding a parking lot where the Panamera can be placed in the first place.
(iii) Automobile tax
1 year: 66,500 yen
(4) Vehicle weight tax
1 year: 16,400 yen
5) Oil change
1 year: 35,000 yen x 2
If you do it yourself, you might be able to get by with a few thousand yen since you only have to pay for the oil.(But it looks like a lot of work)If you have the oil changed at the dealer, it will cost this much for labor and oil.
(6) Tire cost
1 bottle: 60,000-70,000 yen x 4 bottles
When replacing the tires on the Panamera, if you choose Porsche certified tires, they will still be expensive. If you drive your car carefully and do not drive on circuits, you do not need to change tires every year. However, since Panamera is heavy, the grooves of tires decrease faster than expected, so I think you need to change tires every 3 years or so.
(7) Vehicle inspection
1 time: 200,000-300,000 yen
The inspection is once every two years (initially three years for a new car) and costs about 200,000 yen if there is nothing wrong with the car, but if there is something wrong with the car and parts have to be replaced, it will be quite expensive.
Assuming (6) and (7) are done once every two years, the
All together...
Annual, 622,900 yen to 1,042,900 yen(Too wide a gap to have done the calculations.)

In the TV program "Ogiyahagi's Car History" aired on BS Nittele, actor Shishido Jyotsu appeared as a guest and was asked, "What is a car for you? He was asked "What is a car for you? It's a lot of money for a car."I guess that's exactly what he said... (laughs) Good luck with your work!
*Then we bought a new Panamera and wrote an article about the actual annual maintenance costs, including gasoline, car insurance, oil changes and initial inspections, and other specific annual maintenance costs. (You can also read about the Boxster GTS if you like)
What are the actual annual maintenance costs calculated for the new Porsche Panamera Turbo?
