I have a 2018 718 Cayman, without PASM, with the 19" Boxster S wheel option. The ride is definitely stiff and can be quite painful on rough surfaces at low speeds.
However, a new Porsche has a "suspension break-in".
After the mileage exceeds 1,000 kilometers, the suspension becomes accustomed. This changes considerably.
